Low/No Cost Counseling
If you are insured under Medicaid or uninsured, we’d love to support you! Unfortunately we don’t take Medicaid insurance nor do we file insurance, but we offer low cost services for those who have Medicaid coverage. You can be paired with a graduate intern for up to $30 a session.

Stephanie Baetz
Graduate Counseling Intern
My path to the counseling profession has not been a straight one. Every chapter taught me something valuable about resilience, growth, and self-understanding. I feel a core part of my being has always been drawn toward understanding people and the experiences that shape who they become. Returning to graduate school to become a therapist felt less like changing careers and more like finding the work I had been moving toward all along.
I believe each person brings a unique story that deserves to be met with curiosity, compassion, and respect. It is our experiences that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world, and therapy offers an opportunity to better understand that story while discovering new possibilities for growth.I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem, identity development, women's mental health concerns, and the life transitions that often challenge our sense of who we are. Together, we will explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognize the strengths you already possess, and support growth that feels authentic to who you are and who you're becoming.
Outside of counseling, you'll often find me reading, exploring good food and coffee, spending time outdoors, or continuing to learn. I am naturally curious, and I bring that curiosity to my work with every client. I recognize the courage it takes to seek support, and I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe to show up as you are while we work together toward meaningful and lasting change.
