I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling, and I truly believe in the power of showing up for people during the seasons when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. With a background in both school counseling and clinical therapy, I specialize in walking alongside teens and young adults as they navigate major life changes, whether it’s starting high school, stepping into adulthood, coping with grief, or adjusting to family transitions.

I also support women in creating space for themselves, especially during the shift into motherhood. Whether you're preparing for that role or learning how to manage it day by day, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
